Welcome to Time Travels! These Terms and Conditions explain the rules and guidelines for using our website and booking our travel services.

By using our website or booking a package with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A partial or full advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Payment can be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or other accepted methods.

• Once the payment is made, you will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking:

  • 7+ days before the tour: 90% refund

  • 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 3 days: No refund

• If the tour is canceled by Time Travels due to weather, safety, or government restrictions, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

3. Travel Documents

• For domestic tours, travelers must carry valid ID proof.

• For international travel, a valid passport and visa (if required) are the traveler’s responsibility.

• Time Travels is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or missing documents.

4. Changes to Itinerary

• We may adjust the itinerary due to weather, safety, or unforeseen situations.

• Any changes will be shared with you in advance whenever possible.

5. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel.

• If you have any health issues or require special assistance, inform us in advance.

• Time Travels follows all necessary safety and hygiene measures, especially for group tours.

6. Liability

• Time Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third parties (hotels, transport providers, weather, etc.).

• We are also not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.

7. Photos & Media

• We may take group photos or videos during tours.

• These may be used for our website or social media. If you prefer not to appear, please inform us before the trip begins.

8. Pricing and Inclusions

• All package prices are based on current rates and are subject to change.

• Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly listed. Please read the details carefully before booking.
